Included in our hosting price is two weeks of online backups. Should a catastrophic hardware failure occur, service to virtual servers can be restored within a few hours, assuming the failure point is not within the SAN? Should the failure point be in the SAN, services can be restored within 12 hours of receiving replacement hardware? In effect, we have a tested disaster recovery plan in place and ready to go.
