BANDYGREEN recognizes our clients’ increasing concerns about security in today’s environment. BANDYGREEN’s security model for Managed Hosting is designed to address these concerns with security strategies and capabilities designed to harden different layers of the solution. For this Managed Hosting service, BANDYGREEN combines firewall appliances, shared switches, and dedicated VLANs to provide a security-rich hosting infrastructure for Inquisicorp development environment. A pair of firewall appliances, in a redundant failover configuration, is configured to provide each customer with a pair of dedicated virtual firewalls. These firewalls are monitored 24 x 7 by our personnel with the intention of detecting, reporting and correcting problems. Each cabinet housing customer servers is equipped with a pair of Dell switches and is used by all the customers in that cabinet. Ports and VLANs on these switches are dedicated to a customer. BANDYGREEN undertakes a variety of actions associated with the security for the firewalls, switches and the servers dedicated to your environment, including implementing and administering technical and procedural controls designed to prevent unauthorized logical access.
